All vehicle rentals are governed by a comprehensive Rental Agreement, which will be provided at the time of booking confirmation or vehicle pick-up. This document outlines the specific terms, conditions, insurance information, fees, and your responsibilities associated with the rental. In the event of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited uses of rental vehicle:
- Vehicles rented from Car Hire in Ormskirk may not be used for illegal activities, including racing or off-roading. Transporting hazardous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting or allowing unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle is not permitted. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden.
